TeensStrength, community, and leadership.
Teenagers can smell a watered-down program from across the room. So we do not run one. The Teens class trains real technique against real resistance, with the same standards the adults are held to.
What that produces is not just a kid who can grapple. It is a teenager who has been uncomfortable on purpose, four times a week, and learned that panic is optional. That skill transfers — to exams, to tryouts, to the parts of adolescence nobody warns you about.
And unlike almost everywhere else in a teenager’s life, the mat does not care about follower counts or who sat with whom at lunch. You either did the work or you did not. Most of them find that enormously relieving.
Our Teens program is specifically crafted for adolescents looking to master the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We provide a safe, supportive, and high-energy environment where students develop elite skills, discipline, and the confidence to navigate the challenges of young adulthood.

The questionspeople actually ask.
- My teen is starting late. Is 15 too old to begin?
- No. Teens who start at 14, 15, 16 routinely catch and pass kids who began at eight — they learn concepts faster and they are training by choice, which matters more than any head start.
- Will they get thrown in with people much bigger than them?
- No. Rounds are matched by size and experience, and coaches actively pair the room. Training with a bigger partner is a skill we introduce deliberately, once someone has the technique to handle it safely.
- They are nervous about looking bad in front of people.
- Every person in that room has been tapped out hundreds of times. It is the most normal thing that happens here, which is exactly why the fear of looking bad tends to die in the first month — and why so many teens say this room is the easiest place they go all week.
Have them try one class. They will know within the hour whether it is for them.
