KidsEmpowering through the art of Jiu Jitsu.
This is the age where it clicks. Six to ten year olds can finally hold a sequence in their head, and Jiu Jitsu gives them something almost nothing else does: a physical problem they can actually solve.
It is also the age where the confidence question gets real. Kids this age are sorting out where they stand with each other. A child who knows — not hopes, knows — that they can handle themselves carries that differently. They tend to need it less, precisely because they have it.
Four days a week, Gi and No-Gi. Come once or come every session; the class is built so a brand-new white belt and a kid two stripes in both leave having worked on something real.
Our Kids program is crafted to introduce children to the art of BJJ in a dynamic and engaging manner. We prioritize physical development and mental toughness, ensuring every student thrives both on and off the mats in a supportive learning environment.

Respect
Fostering kindness, good sportsmanship, and teamwork with their peers from the very first day.
Exactly what happensin a class.
No surprises. This is the shape of every session, so you know what you are walking into before you get here.
- 0–10 min
Warm-up and movement
Shrimping, bridging, breakfalls, sprawls. The same patterns every class until the body owns them.
- 10–35 min
Technique of the week
One position, drilled with a partner and built on across the week — an escape, a guard pass, a control. Coaches correct on the mat, kid by kid.
- 35–50 min
Positional rounds
Live practice from a set starting position, matched by size and experience. This is where technique stops being theory.
- 50–60 min
Games and bow out
King of the mat, tug of war, or a team game. Then line up, bow out, and out the door on a high.
Kids on the mat.

The questionspeople actually ask.
- Will this make my child more aggressive?
- The opposite, consistently. Kids who train stop needing to prove anything — and they are the first to be told that what they learn does not leave the mat. Discipline and control are the actual curriculum; the techniques are how we teach it.
- My kid has never done a sport and is not athletic.
- Jiu Jitsu is the most forgiving martial art for exactly that kid. There is no bench, no cut, and nobody sits out. It rewards patience and problem-solving over speed and size — which is why so many of our best students were not "sporty" when they walked in.
- What if my child is being bullied?
- Tell us. Quietly, before class — it changes how we coach them. Jiu Jitsu is built on controlling a situation without hurting anyone, which is exactly the tool a bullied kid needs. The confidence usually arrives before the technique does.
